I called Butler on Wednesday (5 business days before the Chevy Employee Incentive offer ended) looking for a Traverse. John called me that afternoon to get all my wants in a Traverse since they did not have one on their lot. He went above and beyond to look in GM inventory to find me the Traverse I wanted and to secure the current incentives. By that evening he called me with two options. Let s just say John was patient with me being indecisive with a color option (even gave his opinions to help) for probably 24 hours. After deciding John stayed in contact with me throughout the entire sale process while the car was in transit, providing recommended times to avoid crowds to complete paperwork, to making sure he got all the options I wanted. I came in on a Monday and the car was still in transit but he assured me the car would be there by 1/2. It was, however I wanted black wheels powder coated. He was able to get that setup and completed the next day so I didn t have to take a loaner home with me. He also was able to order black Chevy bow ties and get them installed prior to pickup. Bottom line John was amazing to work with, friendly, persistent on making sure I got everything I wanted in the vehicle. He went through a quick learn of the vehicle before I drove it off the lot which made me more comfortable with all the capabilities of the vehicle. One comment I really appreciated was right before I left he made sure that I knew if I had any questions about anything to text, call or Facebook message him. I truly appreciated that because it meant his service didn t end once I left. Thank you so much John for finding the Traverse I wanted for so long. You made the image come to reality!. He found it within the GM Trade Inventory. I was looking for Satin Steel, black bow ties, black wheels (powder coated), jet black interior, 1LT. He was able to find the color and trim package within 3 hour. Then he has solutions to the other options and was able to get all the work done prior to taking delivery.. It was quick and fast! John recommended coming in on Monday vs last Saturday of the month. When I walked in he was aware I was en route to the dealership. So my wait for finance was very minimal. Tara was quick, able to match the interest through my credit union..
