I have been staying here every year for the past 4 years while attending the housewares show in Chicago. I have to say this is the best experience I have ever had! The waitstaff, James, Juan, and the 2 Joses, are the kindest people and remember us!!! Out of all the people who come through this hotel they actually remember our names!
The hotel staff goes out of thei way to make our stay perfect no matter how big or small our issue.
I will definitely be back here as long as I attend the housewares show!!!!
