Went as had a recall notice on my father car. Ever since I have been receiving unwanted texts and emails about New/Used cars.

I was not impressed with the customer area as I was waiting for the work to be carried out in about an hour.
No comfy seating, help your self to beverages in a paper cup, only channel on TV was Nissan adverts but no sound. No work up date and it took almost twice as long - 1hr 45 minutes.

My main car is a Toyota and when I go there comfy seating, offered beverages in china cups, tv on BBC 1 at low volume, update on how my work progressing - a world apart.
