I had a very bad experience on my service appointment since the person In charge of my car ( Roman ) after receive it left his office and after that nobody take care of the car . I was waiting a lot of time and others employees did not take care on it and did not know about services provided neither where car was . Nobody gave me any report about what they did on my car . It was a very disgusting situation
