A fellow graduate and I went to colour chiefs just to get a quote for our honours projects and the customer service was appalling. I have never felt so belittled and judged in my life. First no one wanted to serve us, so we were standing in the foyer for about 5 minutes while heaps of people walked past and ignored us. We then got mocked for asking for a quote... the lady that talked to us was so disinterested and unprofessional, I was so shocked. I do not recommend going here to get your printing done.
