I ordered a TV, I paid, written delivery in 5 days already 9 working days have passed, the support center only promises to call back, 3 times I have called to find out, no one can say anything before ordering directly from samsung, 3 times think or still better not to buy elsewhere :( ( ((so unprofessional, very sorry, big disappointment.
