Traded in my truck for a nicer used one. Lets not kid ourselves: we all know what to expect when buying a used car, right? If I could give Al Serra 6 stars, I would. They sold me exactly what I came in to buy at a good price, no problems or hassles, no bs. No pushy tactics, nadda. Very competitive trade offer as well.
When a problem arose on delivery, they went above and beyond to make it right.

I spent 2 weeks at other dealerships in the area being treated like a drunken prom date with a reputation, when all I wanted was to give someone my money for what they were selling. At Al Serra, I was test driving the car i wanted to drive within minutes, and as a terribly cynical person, I actually drove away in a good mood with the vehicle I set out to buy. I'll be back.
