The lights go on about dusk. Its a small but lovely display of art work. Lots of people trying to capture the perfect picture. We parked across the street without having to pay because it was a Sunday night. My understanding is that parking is free after 7 pm. The nice thing is there are restrooms and a diner on the premises. Theres also a cute bar and a food truck parks across the street. I'm sure its a different food truck nightly. I recommend for anyone who wants to do something "different". Theres also a live feed from the Nevada Solar Plant on a nearby screen. Its quite serene so sit and watch the camera rotate ever so slowly 360 degrees.
