I ve had this insurance for 6 months now. I don t want to meet with their nurse practitioner once a year. Isn t that what my doctor is for? Total waste of money and feels intrusive. When I declined I continued to get phone calls to set up an appointment. They had no records of my previous calls.
They also denied a routine prescription renewal of an ointment I use for eczema (which I have had forever) and made me visit my doctor to get the prescription filled. How is that efficient?
In another forum where I have a bad review a reply comment from Commonwealth gave a number to call to resolve my issue and it was a complete waste of my time.
I m almost 60 and this has truly been the first time in my life I ve had so many annoying difficulties with a health insurance company.
