I bought a certified pre owned Prius with Oscar Montesinos. The next morning I noticed that the driver side was missing a floor mat. He was unable to take care of this issue even though it is covered under the 174 point Toyota inspection.
It took 3 weeks to resolve but I received a brand new set of floor mats.
