I just called to order contacts and was told my prescription expired so I had to make an appointment. I was transferred to make an appointment and was told they were scheduling out to August and I need my contact, but they won t order because of the expired prescription. She said well there is nothing I can do.I can not even believe that was the response. Then she said well do you want to schedule. She didn t even try to work with me like offering a month supply of contact or anything till I could get an appointment. I have been going here for 15years and after this experience will not go back.
