Melissa Ralston is a wonderful asset for the Davidson team. There have been times I've been extremely frustrated with the Insurance company, to the point of talking with other agencies. Had it not been for Melissa, I would have switched. She resolved the issues and "made things right". She listens well and has the experience to get to the root of the problem.
