The phone at Osborne Park is never answered (have called several times on different days), which is frustrating when trying to resolve a small fault that causes the system to be inoperable without having to perform an awakening ritual. And this is with new equipment. But it's not just the phones, several emails were sent (including one to the "management" email address on the website) which have to this day been completely ignored, with the initial email being lodged a month ago. If you're planning on buying something from here, keep your fingers crossed that nothing goes wrong with it.
