This place is stuck in the 19th Century. Customer Pickups Desk is run by a hipster and 2 blondes. The hipster seems to spend most of his time glued to the phone while the blondes stand behind him doing nothing, then disappear. I realy need that after 12 hours of courier work. Massively inefficient! I waited for over 30 minutes, before I phoned my boss, telling him that we were only wasting time. He agreed and so I left.
