I know a few people that have worked here. As a business in general I would say they lack professionalism. Usually when you walk into an office you are greeted pleasantly, maybe not having people race to get the door for you, but a genuine "welcome". When you walk into this building you can feel tension.

In my opinion there is a lack of transparency in the work supervisors and managers perform. It has always been he said she said which may be why there is so much turnover. Unpaid hours, late vacation pay, no workers comp. It is difficult to believe there are still businesses who hire this maintenance company. What amazes me even more on a personal level is the arrogance of the higher ups. My apologies but the truth is sometimes not easy to say and hiding it is not okay. I hope nothing more serious happens and goes unseen... or ignored.
