This is the worst property management company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. When I moved in, the apartment was FILTHY. Additionally, there were several broken things that should have been fixed prior to our move in. There were no locks on the windows. It was never fixed, and my apartment ended up getting robbed. The door knob was also broken, and they sent maintenance out FOUR times before it was properly fixed. On my lease, it states that all tenants are charged a $60 fee to replace the doorknobs when you move out, which is clearly not the case if mine was broken when I moved in. When they finally replaced it, they used an old door knob. I have a feeling that when I move out, they will try to rob me blind of my security deposit. The staff is rude, and they never return phone calls. I usually have to call 5-6 times to get someone out to fix something, and if you leave a voicemail, they don't even check those. HORRIBLE COMPANY. If you rent with them, you will regret it. They are a bunch of idiot, catty women who don't even know how to answer a telephone, let alone manage a property.
