Had a load#413332
Driver was at the receiver from 16:15 PM and got out at 21:50 PM.
Broker name: William Pardee is not willing to pay detention.
Receiving hours are 16:00 PM - 20:00 PM
William Pardee is telling me detention starts counting from 22:00 PM at this point...
Rate confirmation clearly says:
Detention is FREE for the first 2 hours, then $25 an hour after that with a MAX of $150.

This is the absolute nonsense I ever heard that detention starts counting after receiving hours!
Bad experience with broker like this and making bad name on Magellan Transportation Logistics that I use to like this company
