If I could leave ZERO stars I would, booked through Expedia for a total of $670 for 2 nights. first off we arrive last Wednesday for the queen concert and the room air conditioner (room 614) was not working, so they sent someone to fix it and he couldn t, it was boiling hot with no other rooms available so they said!! then we noticed the wifi didn t work so we call the front desk and nothing was done, then we get ready for the concert and ask they to bring us a mini fridge while we were gone which they did and left it on the bed NOT even plugged in! How lazy can they be?? Then to top it all off they charged my visa $30 for parking and hen the front desk guy said parking was free for guests!! WHAT A NIGHTMARE! Avoid this dump like the plague!
