The view of both the Canadian and USA falls was unbeatable. The executive suite with fallsview and hot tub jacuzzi room was spacious, modern and clean. Hotel staff from arrival to checkout was very hospitable, polite and responded to requests very promptly. The only points to pick was that some simple items I was accustomed to such as toothbrush, paste etc had to be requested and was not already ready in the bathroom. I see that the industry is perhaps watching their margins very carefully so extra comforts are very sparse(like no shoehorn) . Overall it was a very good experience.
