The coastal Virginia real estate team was amazing when we sold our rental property. They had a strategic marketing plan that got the home sold the weekend it was listed for over asking price. They communicated what was coming up at every twist and turn and made it such an easy experience- even with tenants living in the home. Christen and Grier went above through the whole process.
