I have purchased a total of 4 vehicles from him and he's also helped in picking up my company vehicles. He is a professional, dependable and knows the vehicles. He takes the extra steps to ensure that you are satisfied with your vehicle and that you know all the features of the vehicle. Hagerstown Ford has also been the dealership I've used to service all my vehicles even though I live 45 mins away. They in themselves show professionalism in the way they treat and take care of you. I'd definitely recommend them and Jack Harris to anyone.
