I previously had to take my Acura TL back in after a week from purchasing it because I was having issues with the side mirrors moving and not moving. Lesley was my service advisor and she was outstanding. She found out one of my mirrors was defective and Needed replaced. Not only was she able to get the part and replace it but she was able to help with the cost. Since the mirror was considered to be cosmetic, It was not covered under my warranty and I was going to have to pay for half of the cost. Lesley went above and beyond and was able to take care of the full cost of the mirror completely. Like I said, I just purchased my car and had it for one week before finding this out. This helped me a great deal and I am grateful that I had Lesley s help and had her as my service advisor at Acura. She s the best!!!
