I had been looking at watches for years, and prior to purchasing, I had been in stores that weren t always good experiences. They weren t welcoming; let alone helpful, whereas CJ Charles was the complete opposite. Brandon was incredibly welcoming and provided superior customer service than any other watch boutique I d visited. I can t say enough about how attentive he was/is and the level of his expertise within the industry. He took the time to show me how to set the date, and take care of my watch in a way that exceeded expectations. Everyone else at CJ Charles including Giorgio has just been phenomenal to work with.
