Our heating issue was resolved in two visits because the technician didn t have the right part on his truck to fix the boiler on his first visit. Our technician, Shane Shepard, was timely, courteous, neat, and informative. He explained everything as he progressed to fix the boiler issue. When I called Customer Service to find out when the second visit would take place, they couldn t find the part order. This was quickly resolved, however, and Shane returned the next day to replace the broken part. We have used Isaac Heating and A/C for years and have always been happy with their work.
