Our business prides itself on customer service and it is always great to find another company who clearly feels the same way. We tried another merchant company for a month trial while already having a terminal with BlueDog and couldn't have been more happy to get back to them.
The tech team also worked quite hard to figure out a work around for us to have online merchant services for our first-ever online store, since our hosting platform wasn't the most straightforward.
