I made a service request for a Hotpoint product and I was assured that the device will be repaired within a maximum of 15 calendar days. After 20 days, Depanero does not know when the piece will come for repairs, and I do not know how long they will send me the repair denial to replace the product. Pathetic !!! I do not recommend anyone who does not have the manufacturer's warranty to call Depanero!
