Kodiak has been amazing this year. Our driveway is always clear, they always come back to tidy up the end after the sidewalk / road plows have passed. I've dealt with their customer service a few times at the beginning, and they were very responsive and polite. Really couldn't ask for more. No more sore backs for me!
