The rooms and the hotel in general is completely fine, the food tastes excellent and the tables were clean and tidy. The big negative point that I have to forgive here is that I have twice noticed how staff is treated by the bosses. In particular, it seemed to me as if there had been more problems with younger staff. In a well-known hotel I expect the problems not in front of or near the guests is clarified but behind closed doors. Respectively better training, the problems as just described no longer occur. Actually, I am so very convinced of the hotel but this is a NoGo in any business. It would have been 5 stars.
