What I like the most about Clarendon Fitness is the smaller group training classes. This allows you to get to know the trainers, and they also get to know you and your fitness process. They are very encouraging and the environment is almost like a family based fitness center. It's very hard to find a place that is so personal,with staff and owner that really do care about the success of it's members. Pascal makes sure that he is always up to the date on his latest fitness & nutrition skills by attending seminars & conferences. This shows the dedication he has to making sure his business not only thrives, but where he can offer the latest knowledge to his clients on fitness & nutrition.
As for results, I have lost 20lbs within 6 months & 13% fat!! I havent been in such great shape since my early 20's and I will soon be 40!
