I brought my car in 2x's for them to find the prob...
I brought my car in 2x's for them to find the problem with the transmission. They had to keep the car for a "day or two" to figure out the problem. After 5 days I heard nothing back, so I called to find out the update. They answered said they would call me back by the end of the day with an update bit we heard nothing back for 2 more days. Finally on the sixth day of having my car, I called for the 3rd time.
They said they couldn't find the problem but test drove the car numerous times and flushed out the transmission. They said I could pick up the car.
They call back the same day and say they can't find my van key and are going to make me a new one and to bring my additional key so they could update the code.
On the seventh day of having my car I come to pick it up. They can't find the key and I gave to talk w a manager. I will never come back for service to this Honda.
