Carla Jochems can indeed be blunt, very know-it-all and sometimes react thoughtlessly / impulsively to matters of which she knows (almost) nothing and whether they do not concern her further with regard to the (care) question. Then gives unwanted feedback.
Judges (too) quickly. You have to listen to her and agree with her that is how it comes across. Bossy. Impatient. Dominant.
Little understanding, understanding about and for the psychological 'people who think differently and feel differently'.
Yet a somewhat too one-sided knowledge of nursing and care. The standard business; and often and only works with / for older target group.
I often find that inappropriate and not too respectful towards clients for how she expresses herself.
I think she means well in itself.
I can't put my finger on it like that, but my type in character; it is certainly not a way of showing empathy and communicating.
