If all of your reps have an attitude, cut people off, sigh at customers when we are trying to pay like Denise just did, I can only say WOW! Your automated system doesn't work properly. I do call directly and no one answers their extension and then I suppose that I am just playing games with your company when I am making a $1400 a month payment? Also your late fees are egregious and should be illegal!
