Jeanne was fantastic to work with from start to finish. Upfront, she explained everything in an extremely clear, complete, and fair manner. When we were selecting a specific loan, she was extremely responsive with rates as they changed throughout the day. Finally, when the County threw us a curveball 2 days before closing (ultimately delaying closing by 2 business days / 4 calendar days), she was all over it, making sure everything came together as best it possibly could in the circumstances.

And of course the rates we were offered were extremely competitive!

I've already referred a friend to Jeanne and look forward to doing so again as the opportunity arises.
