Don't trust for your special day!!! Had appointments here for sister's wedding, and due to the mother of the groom falling and having a concussion and stitches so unable to watch groom's daughter, we were running late. Called on the way and they said it was ok. But when we got there and they said they couldn't help us. We had half an hour left, and we begged them to do something to save my sister's wedding day and they said they'd look into it, but probably couldn't help us. We were late, our fault for not handling things better, but it was her wedding day and we got ZERO sympathy or empathy from anyone. If - perish the thought - something bad should happen to impact your special day, you don't want these people to be the ones you booked with. Looked like a nice place, just not nice people.
