I've purchased two cars here. My sister also purchased here and my father leased a car from here as well. The buying experience we pretty good. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Service is another story. A few times I've come in for routine oil changes or tire changes. I've specifically told them I needed my car for the next day which they said wasn't a problem. On two occasions they didn't have my car ready and didn't even bother calling to tell me to let me know. Very disappointing.
