I toured this location in the fall as prices were dropping. 2 units are very different from each other so be sure to look before you sign. The most disgusting thing I saw were brown water coming from the sink and the toilet. This is normal to this community because there are so many posts about discolored water. One thing I did like from this community is the natural lighting in the upstairs unit.
