We had an excellent experience at this establishment. The staff were respectful, and the Tech who handled Bullet during her final hours were very understanding, sympathetic and compassionate.
After the Vet evaluated her status on Nov 16th, it was determined she had no quality of life. As her health deminshed, her mobility because nonexistent she would eventually lose functions and slowly perish. The ultimate decision was made to lay her down so she wasn't going on suffering minute after minute day by day. The Vet and Technicians made everything as easy and calm as they could. And just like that, she was taken out of her misery....
