I live in Rennes, my apartment is poorly insulated! I had a little girl born last year, she is weakened because at home it is badly insulated but really at home it is cold. Even when g of the guests they complain. In the toilets you hear when the person makes his saddle because the piping goes inside. I can't wait to leave here after what I will miss is the neighborhood if not bad apartment! After my training I hope to have an answer for my accommodation request. And I'm not alone in complaining about it, unfortunately.
