I had an 8:15 am appointment on a Tuesday, and heard nothing by the end of the day. I called and they said it hadn't been looked at and would be the next day. Wednesday afternoon, I had to call back (after NOT getting a callback promised by 9am), to find that it STILL had not been looked at. I was told at the end of Wednesday that it would be up first on Thursday. Finally, I got the truck back at 2pm on Thursday, after making it clear I had to have it by NOON. What is the point of an appointment? Why was I not EVER told there might be a delay? The communication was HORRIBLE. Only 1 out of 3 issues was solved. I have to return AGAIN to get an issue fixed. I talked to the service manager who had no answers, little apology. I can only assume that my business is unimportant to them.
