I submitted a request to withdraw funds from my account and after 25 days and three followup telephone calls I still know nothing at all about my request. Customer service states they work for Alliance One who does all of Athene's processing. Each time I asked for a supervisor I was told one would call me within 48 hours, but no one ever called. Today, I was told by Representative Sarah that she would transfer my call to the "Escalation Team." After being on hold for 4 minutes I got a recorded message that no one is available to take my call and then my call was disconnected. Today is now March 8, 2016 and my next step seems best to consult an attorney.
