Have been to the Pune,India campus of this employer all the way travelling from different city overnight.
It's just a Japanese name under where irrational Indian folks work with cheap and unprofessional way of getting work done.
Don't know much about the Japanese headquarter or global counterparts of this Organisation,but Indian Managers / HRs would just call up for hiring the candidate,get the candidate interviewed for as many rounds as they wish,and then the real horror starts.
Candidate will be called up 5 times a day to send any distant document irrelevant to the hiring process,and once you expect that the offer letter is just around the corner after salary discussion and agreement over it,
Candidate will be told that we have found a better candidate (one who agreed for a lesser CTC for same job),so they can't hire the first candidate,and the candidate will be screwed big time.
No feeling of trustworthiness at all once you start dealing with these people.
Japanese work culture is good and respectful at its place,but Indians working under the same name is another story.
Won't be entertaining any call from this employer ever again.
