Customer service is a joke. I got removed from easy pay and re-enrolled myself 3 business days later. I am receiving extra charges of $130 to my account because of this, and the lady on the phone claims there is nothing that can be done. No concern of the pandemic, and it's like me paying my bill 3 business days later because of a lost card with a hold on it is the end of the world. What gives?
