I was disappointed with the Grand Traverse County Commission on Aging. The programs they offer are limited and not tailored to individual needs. The staff seemed disinterested and lacked empathy. The website grandtraverse.org is also outdated and hard to navigate. Overall, there is a lot of room for improvement.
