I walked into Audi with a car already in mind. Mustafa Mousa met me right away and showed it to me, explained all the features it had, and ultimately I made the decision to buy it. It was a lower priced Audi and he never tried to upsell me or show me things that I didn't want. David, in finance, helped secure the loan and once again didn't try selling me anything I didn't want. He made recommendations, but was fine when I didn't go with them. I had him change the numbers 15 different ways and he was happy to do so even though it was getting pretty late. Since then Mustafa has helped me out with EVERYTHING from getting my new car hand washed, helping me in the service department, answering random questions that I have, even personally bringing me a loaner vehicle and picking mine up so that I can get it upgraded. It's unbelievable and the experience was definitely unlike any I've had other dealers. Their kind hearts did not turn to the next sale when I drove off the lot. There's just no way I would do business with anyone else at this point.
