I was very impressed with this property and the staff. Sarah (front desk) was especially helpful - should management read this, I'm happy to go into more detail.

I was here for a conference with 21,000 attendees, but I never felt lost in the crowd. Every employee treated me very well. Even the maintenance staff greeted me in the halls with smiles. It was a superior experience and I look forward to coming back.
