I am sorry we were not able to get you in sooner than you needed. It has been very hectic coming back after being closed for 2.5 months due to the shutdown. I am also sorry that we were not able to supply you with contact lenses until we were able to get you in. Your prescription was just not expired, it was over a year expired. Legally, we are not allowed to give you trial lenses on a prescription that is expired. I am sorry again, but if you had a problem with the contacts, we would have been responsible.
