Well, like most "real" comments about Yakarouler, ...

Well, like most "real" comments about Yakarouler, I have or all of these problems in this order:
- False availability on the site (appears in stock while not)
- Cancellation of products not available and replacement by a reference of correspondence (or direct refund) without any request in advance or even communication after the fact (if not a refund mail if the reference of correspondence is cheaper or if not Correspondence available)
- Customer service available by phone (not surcharged), mail or chat, which respond in good time but have no competence apart from telling you what you see in your personal space on the site ... ah, yes, they confirm that the piece you see "in stock" on the site is not.
- Waiting for an entire order for several weeks to wait for an item not available for which it was impossible for me to give me a date to reapply.
- After several contacts by mail + chat + phone, I get the sending of the available part of my order
- After 1 month and a half, I "threaten" to open a dispute over "FIA-NET" (I advise you) if I have no answer on a possible date of replenishment. Result, refund of the article (always without any request or communication) ...

Yakarouler, NO MORE !!!
I'm going back to Oscaro or Mister Auto.
