The only reason i'm rating this five stars is due ...

The only reason i'm rating this five stars is due to the installation with Greg and Joe. They were absolutely fantastic and so pleasant to have around. They went above and beyond to make sure the small details were perfected. They took the time to show me how to use everything, what they were doing, and explain why they were doing it.
As far as the service goes prior to this it was very mediocre. I felt as if we were forgotten once the windows were paid for. It took me forever get a hold of someone who could answer my questions about cost breakdowns and scheduling. I appreciated Jace going out of his way to contact me after speaking with 4 people to take care of all the clarifications. By time everything was said and done it took over two months after payment to have our windows installed. Over all I would purchase from here again simply because I feel that my home is in good hand with the installers. The stresses that came prior to this was worth it to have my home in good hands when the physical aspect of the job was being completed.
