I recently bought a house in Moncton, NB. As I was living in Toronto and it being a global pandemic, I was very reliant on finding folks locally to support my purchase. I could not have asked for a better company to do two inspections for me. In the first, Paul Dancause saved me a lot of money and anguish by pointing out some issues that weren t immediately visible in my virtual viewing. In the second, Paul did a very thorough inspection and helped inform my decision to buy my new home. The company overall makes the process very easy.
