We are in the Tricities. We had 9 windows and two sliding doors replaced. The whole experience went very smoothly. The sales person (Doug Saar), the technical manager who took all the measurements (Kraig), the schedulers who called to update us and plan for work dates (Dawn and Rebecca), and the installation team were all very helpful and businesslike. Our installation team was Vince C. and Jesus M. They were great. They were right on schedule, they worked hard all the day long, they cleaned up behind themselves each day, and they really worked together well as a team. They deserve six stars rather than the five available! Vince's description of the product at the end was very clear and confirmed we had made good choices. As someone said above, these are expensive windows and doors, but we seem so far to have gotten our money's worth. Thanks. Jerry and Marian Holm
